Overview
Are you planning to take the AICP examination anytime in the next couple of years? If
so, attending this AICP Exam Preparation Workshop will signifi cantly increase your chances
of passing. Mr. Waiczis has instructed numerous exam preparation workshops over the past
15 years. Mike’s workshops have proven to be an invaluable part of the preparation process
for hundreds of candidates. If you want to improve your chances of passing the exam it is
highly recommended that you attend one of Mike’s sessions. Mike’s qualifi cations include:
- Author of fi ve exam preparation manuals for the AICP exam;
- Instructor of numerous preparation workshops for the California, Texas, Arizona, New
Mexico, Illinois, Virginia, Florida Missouri, Oregon, New York and other APA chapters;
- Awarded the Cal-Chapter APA Award for Distinguished Service for Professional
Development Activities;
- Adjunct Faculty -Global and Extended Education, California State University, Fresno.
Workshop - Mr. Waiczis one-day session concentrates on the structure and make-up of
the exam, and the reasons why questions are asked. Major topic areas are explored and
reinforced with a number of sample questions. The topics selected for discussion are based
on a detailed database developed over the past 15 years. The ultimate goal of the workshop
is to provide a thorough overview of the exam and to help candidates become aware of the
format and organizing principal of test questions, and to provide strong, focused direction
for individual preparation and group study.
Study Guide Disc- Every registrant receives Mike’s Study Guide Disc as part of the
workshop. The disc contains all fi ve of Mike’s original study manuals (AICP Examination
Preparation Guidebook, Practice and Teaching Exams, Law, History, and Ethics Study
Guide, Glossary of Planning Terms, and Commentary to the AICP Exam) plus additional,
valuable study materials he collected over the years (i.e., study notes for the “Green Book”, a
comprehensive 300 page encyclopedic reference manual, etc.)
