Great news--our 4 APA conference hotels/inns are now fully booked!

Even *Better News* - there are plenty other quality motels available in the area!!

To help those out who are yet to arrange accommodations, we would like to guide you to the web site www.prescott.org/lodging.htm, which lists a number of additional establishments (Note: Check the website for 800 numbers). Here are some ideas to help you make your decision:

· The Hampton Inn 928.443.5500,rate: $99.00 (AAA - 5% disc., age 50+ 10% discount)
· Holiday Inn Express 928.445-8900, rate: $78.00 and Forest Villas Hotel 928.717-1200 are all located on Hwy 69 just before the Gateway Mall (about 5 miles east of the downtown). Rooms on the south side of these establishments generally have views to the mountains. You will need to drive into downtown from these locations to the conference site.
· Comfort Inn about 2-3 miles on the south side of Prescott - near the forest - and practically within the ponderosa pines on Hwy 89. 928.778-5770, rate: $67.00. You will also have to drive into town from this location.
· Prescott Resort 928.776.1666 offers some of the best views of Prescott and Bucky's Casino. It is not recommended to walk from here (too long, no sidewalk part of the way).
For those with a bigger budget - Prescott offers some fine Bed & Breakfasts in the downtown area.

These 3 establishments are relatively close to each other on the entrance to town on Hwy 69. The first 2 are about a 10-15 minute walk into town, plus add another 5 minutes from the Best Western. Hey! Keep your car parked at the motel and enjoy a walk though our historic neighborhoods to the conference sessions in the fresh air of our deep blues skies!
